Oak Engineered timber floorboards  are very strong, easy to install and will not reacting to heat or moisture making them an ideal choice for areas where solid floors might struggle. 21 mm planks are multi layers, constructed out of between 7-9 layers where the top being 6mm Oak veneer and then 15mm multi layers of ply for extra stability.14mm and 15mm planks are made of three layers: the top layer being Oak , 3mm or 4mm , while the bottom two layers are made of spruce or multilayers mix of hardwood and spruce.

Both the Multi and the three layers are cross-glued using hot press technique; this is to ensure a strong yet flexible construction that reacts very little to changes in humidity and temperature.Although engineered floors are sometimes called ‘semi-real floors’ they look and feel 100% like solid floors.
